There are too many systems out there the mimic more or less a pyramid scheme. The concept of getting paid a commission by signing someone up is almost always a scheme. Commissions should never be paid unless a product is bought. Product based commissions are legit and are the way the business world works. Now these products if over inflated to cover commissions, will be of little or no use. Over paying for a product is motivated by the wrong desire. It is motivated by the drive of multi level marketing and not the goods.
By finding a company that emphasizes the goods rather than a multi level marketing system you will find a more legitimate company with more legitimate marketers. The focus should be to share the concept about the product and the business, demonstrate the product, and invite people to build their own business with the product.
The next flaw in demonstrations is that often times these network marketing companies are with products like vitamins or supplements. It takes weeks to see drastic results. It is likely if anybody signs up they will be signing up on hype and no because of the results of the product.
By having a system in place that allows marketers to demo the product with immediate results you are more likely to have people joining the company for the right reasons, because they believe in the product and they are ready to direct market it. a
MLM systems are by design suppose to be simple. It is simple if you have the right product. Then all you have to do is explain the product or services, demonstrate, and ask the people to build their business. The products will sell themselves.
