A blog is a way to attract interested prospects to network marketing without ever having to talk to somebody face to face. A blog is simplistic and easy to use. There is a small learning curve but it is nothing you aren’t use to if you are in network marketing. Blogs usually are graphically pleasing with little or no effort.
Blogs have a more alive look then websites. What I mean by that is they tend to be updated more regularly and have more of a history presence then websites do. Here is where you can build your credibility and let other people know what you are doing. Here are a couple things you can do to really stand out in the crowd.
1. Fill your blog with quality content. Don’t just talk about how great your network marketing company is, but ad quotes and motivational text, target your blog towards things that will help anybody in life with... well with life in general. You must face the facts, people typically despise network marketing. They hate it sometimes. And often times they have no idea what it is. Warm people up by giving them useful information that they will want to come to your blog time and time again even if they aren’t interested in network marketing
2. Update Your Blog Regularly. By regularly I mean update it every day. Have different sections of your blog and different pages. Have a page that talks about your network marketing business, have a page that has inspirational articles on it, and have a page that gives information about who you are. Then update it day after day. Make it feel lived in.
3. Be Real. Do not over hype on your blog. It is important to have a strong page about your network marketing business and products and you will want to have some things on there that hit an emotional chord with your readers, but do not constantly feed hype day after day on your blog. You want to get a following, and nobody will follow you long term if your blog is filled with hype.
Ok. That is it. That should get you started. Go to blogger.com or another free blog site and start your blog today!
